Our vision

We as EuroYouth e.V. stand for democratic cooperation and mutual respect. We achieve this by maintaining an open, transparent, and fair communication culture. To achieve this, we count on a stable and diverse team that works reliably. It is important to us that we work without hierarchies in our diverse team, so that all members can develop. This leads to a friendly working culture and democratic decision-making.

With all these values, we seek international networking through intercultural exchange. To do this, we want to facilitate experiences and reach people who are not familiar with EU exchange programs. Youth exchanges are our core interest in this. Through our youth exchanges we see the opportunity to support each other and together. We achieve this through inclusive work and equal opportunities for all. For future generations to have the same opportunities, sustainability is also an important component that plays a big role in our work.
